主要劇情大綱
想到夏天,就想到盎然的生命、青春、海洋的氣味。然而夏天的另個面向卻是大雨落下前，空氣中，黏膩得快令人窒息的感覺，這是《小夏天》裡，想呈現的那個夏天。
這是一部冒險電影，雖說為冒險，卻沒有揮動武器，而屬於內心的追尋。描寫十歲的女孩，在面對哥哥即將過世的日子裡，凝視著這段靜止的時間之旅，所經歷的傷心與得到的力量。
故事穿梭在虛實中，現在與過去的界線曖昧，這對年少的兄妹，在告別前，他們一起走回生命的電影裡，走回夏日夜晚的秘密草原。在夏雨之前，在黑暗之後，這一場似幻似真，如同一場孤獨與溫暖的夢 。

Chen,Hong-‐Ren, whose work was chosen as one of the winning works at 15th KISFVF, made new film of which story is about close older brother and younger sister . This work matches very well the delicate directing and beautiful view shot by single-‐lens reflex camera. We saw the talent to be a master of “children film ”such as François Roland Truffaut and Hirokazu Koreeda . Although at first the younger sister looks still innocent, at the end of the story , she looks like an adult , getting over her brother’s death .This miraculous film achieved in shooting the moment of a girl’s growth.
